- Recreational Players Only: Bogart Casino’s services are intended for recreational players. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or close accounts if users are not identified as recreational players.
- Account Limits: Only one account per person, household, IP address, or shared computer (e.g., public library) is allowed.
- Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age in their jurisdiction to use our services.
- Customer Identification: When contacting customer service, customers must provide their registered username and password for verification.
Claims and Cancellations
- Claims Period: All customer claims must be reported within one week of placing the wager.
- Postponed Events: Postponed or rescheduled events will generally result in a "No Action" wager, and funds will be refunded. Exceptions may apply to certain sports like soccer, tennis, or golf.
- Bet Deadlines: All bets must be placed before the event begins. Late bets will be void unless approved by management.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts to bypass betting limits will result in voided bets and reversed winnings.
Betting Terms
- Horse Betting: Horse wagers must be placed at least two minutes before the race. Late bets will not be accepted.
- Product Availability: Bogart Casino may suspend or discontinue products at any time without notice.
- Obvious Errors: Any wagers based on clear errors (e.g., incorrect lines or maximum bets) will be voided, and no player may profit from these errors.
- Half-Time Betting: Overtime is included in second-half wagers.
- Maximum Payouts: The maximum payout for any parlay or daily winnings is capped at $100,000.
- Prohibited Parlays: Parlays or correlated bets involving both point spreads and money lines for the same team are not allowed.
- Free Plays: Free Plays are limited to the 4 major sports (Football, Basketball, Hockey, Baseball) and are valid for straight wagers, parlays (up to 3 teams), and 2-team teasers. Only Baseball moneylines between +/-200 can be used in parlays or teasers. Props and circled games cannot be used with free play money.
Account and Fund Management
- Fund Errors: If funds are mistakenly credited to an account, the customer must notify Bogart Casino immediately. Bogart Casino reserves the right to cancel any related wagers and recover funds.
- No Credit Betting: All wagers must be funded by available account balances. Any wagers accepted without sufficient funds may be voided.
- Winnings: All winnings will be credited to the account. Any incorrect winnings credited will be reversed.
- Fraud Prevention: Accounts suspected of fraud, including abusing bonuses or manipulating lines, will be terminated, and any bets or winnings will be voided.
Betting Conduct
- Steam Play: Betting on moving lines before they are updated at Bogart Casino is prohibited. Accounts found engaging in this practice may be closed, and winnings revoked.
- Abusive Behavior: Abusive behavior toward staff may result in account suspension or closure.
- House Rules Precedence: House Rules override any verbal or written statements by staff members.
Phone Betting
- Account Verification: Customers must provide their account number and password before placing bets by phone.
- Final Confirmation: The final read-back confirms the wager; no cancellations are allowed afterward.
- Phone Disruptions: If a call is disconnected, the customer must call back before the event begins to confirm the wager.
- Minimum betting amount on sports is $25 (USD)
Online Betting
- Login Requirements: Customers must log in with their account number and password before accessing their account or placing bets.
- Password Security: Customers are responsible for keeping their password secure. All activity on the account will be considered valid.
- Final Wagers: All internet wagers are final and cannot be changed once submitted.
- Technical Issues: Bogart Casino is not liable for server disruptions or technical issues, though refunds may be granted at the discretion of management.

Horse Racing
- Horse Wagering Rules: Bets must be placed two minutes before the race starts. Late bets are void, even if the race starts earlier than advertised. A timestamp will be placed on all horse wagers.
