Bonuses and Promotions Rules

1. General Terms

1.1 – General Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Bogart Casino are subject to the terms and conditions stated in this document, as well as any additional rules included in each specific promotion.

1.2 – Acceptance of Terms

By redeeming any promotion, the player agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.2 – Multiple Accounts

Players who register multiple accounts will:

  • Have all promotional credits voided
  • Have all winnings from promotions removed
  • Have related accounts closed at the Casino’s discretion

2.3 – Account Balance Requirement

Promotions can only be redeemed when a player has:

  • No existing account balance
  • No pending withdrawal

3. Bonus Expiration and General Rules

Each promotion is limited to one per deposit per individual, household, email, phone number, payment method, or shared computer environment.

3.2 – Bonus Expiration

Unused bonuses expire 30 days after being issued.

3.3 – Recreational Use Only

Bogart Casino promotions are intended solely for recreational players. The Casino may deny or reverse a bonus if a player is deemed non-recreational or has abused the system.

4. Claiming Bonuses

Bonuses must be requested before any wagering occurs by:

4.2 – Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit required to opt into a bonus is $50, unless the promotion states otherwise.

4.3 – Non-Forfeitable Bonuses

Once accepted, bonuses cannot be forfeited. All attached wagering requirements must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.

5. Rollover and Wagering Requirements

5.1 – Definition

"Rollover" refers to the total amount a player must wager before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.2 – When Rollover Begins

Rollover begins after the first bet placed following a deposit, unless otherwise specified.

5.3 – Rollover Formula – Regular Bonuses

(Deposit + Transfer Fees, if any + Bonus Amount) × Rollover Multiplier

5.4 – Rollover for Free Spins

(Deposit + Transfer Fees, if any + Free Spins Winnings) × Rollover Multiplier

5.5 – Wagering Completion

All rollover requirements must be fully completed before:

  • Submitting a withdrawal request
  • Receiving any associated winnings

5.6 – Prohibited Wagering Behavior

The following are forbidden and will result in voiding winnings:

  • Canceling bets for the purpose of completing rollover
  • Delaying game rounds, free spins, or bonuses for advantage
  • Leaving large pending bets to exploit bonus wagering
  • Using strategies that exploit software bugs, malfunctions, or loopholes

6. Maximum Bet and Game Restrictions

6.1 – Maximum Bet

When using a deposit bonus, the maximum bet allowed is $10 per spin unless stated otherwise.

6.2 – Game Restrictions

Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering. Bogart Casino may add or remove restricted games at discretion.

6.3 – Non-Combining of Promotions

7. Cashouts, Maximum Payouts and Verification

7.1 – Account Verification

All accounts must be fully verified prior to any withdrawal. Verification includes:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Verification call
  • Proof of address if requested

7.2 – Maximum Cashout for Deposit Bonuses

All bonus-associated deposits have a maximum cashout of 10x the deposited amount. Example: Deposit $100 with a bonus → Max cashout $1,000; excess removed.

7.3 – Non-Cashable Bonuses

Unless stated otherwise, bonus amounts are non-cashable and will be deducted from the final payout.

7.4 – Winnings from Free Bonuses

To withdraw winnings from free bonuses:

  • A $50 crypto security deposit is required
  • The full payout + refunded $50 deposit is returned

7.5 – Pending Withdrawals

Players with a pending withdrawal are not eligible for new bonuses until the withdrawal is completed or canceled.

8. $100 Free Chip (BOGART100) – Special Rules

8.1 – Verification Requirements

To cash out winnings from the $100 FREE CHIP bonus (BOGART100), players must:

  • Complete full account verification which includes providing a valid government-issued photo ID
  • Make a $20 cryptocurrency security deposit
  • Complete a verification call

After verification:

  • The full payout will be processed
  • The $20 deposit will be returned

9. Cashback Terms

9.1 – Cashback Rollover

All cashback awarded is subject to a 5x rollover.

9.2 – Cashback Maximum Cashout

Cashback winnings are capped at 10x the cashback amount.

10. Advantage Play, Fraud and Abuse Prevention

10.1 – Unfair Advantage Activities

Players are prohibited from:

  • Delaying free spins or bonus rounds
  • Building in-game value using bonus funds
  • Exploiting technical bugs
  • Engaging in collusion, automated play, or bot usage

10.2 – Consequences

Bogart Casino may:

  • Remove bonuses
  • Void winnings
  • Close accounts
  • Revoke promotional eligibility

At management’s discretion.

11. Regional Bonus Eligibility

11.1 – Outside the Americas

Players outside the Americas must contact support to verify eligibility, as some regions may be excluded from promotions.

12. Promotional Discretion

Bogart Casino reserves full management discretion to:

  • Deny a bonus
  • Revoke a bonus
  • Reverse promotional winnings
  • Restrict players from future bonuses
  • Modify any promotional terms

This applies without prior notice.

13. Entire Agreement

This document supersedes any prior verbal or written communication regarding Bogart Casino promotional terms, including statements made by employees or affiliates. Players are responsible for adhering to the current version of this policy.
