  1. Payout requests are accepted from Monday to Friday.
  2. Credit card deposits are held for 10 business days, and supporting documents such as a signed authorization form, valid photo ID, and copies of both sides of the card are required. Contact customer service at 1-888-740-1896 for more information.
  3. Withdrawals will only be processed under the account holder's name. If someone else is designated to receive the funds, a signed authorization form and the account holder’s photo ID must be submitted.
  4. Withdrawal requests must be made through phone or live chat; email requests will not be processed.
  5. The account number and password must be provided when requesting a withdrawal. Incorrect or missing information will result in a denied request.
  6. All requirements, including rollovers and documentation, must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is processed.
  7. Payout requests undergo internal review and management approval. Submission by a customer service agent does not guarantee approval.
  8. Withdrawals depend on available funds; requests will be canceled if funds are insufficient.

  10. Members must ensure their personal information is accurate before requesting a payout. If payment redirection is needed due to incorrect details, the customer will incur a minimum $50 fee.
  11. Person-to-person transfer requests may take 48 to 72 hours, depending on processor availability.
  12. Some payouts may take 10 to 14 business days due to transfer procedures.

  18. For free check payouts, the account must be active for 30 days, with at least 20% of the balance remaining, no recent payouts in the last 30 days, and regular account activity.
  19. Free check payouts are available only to recreational players. Management may revoke this offer if the account is flagged for non-recreational activity.
  20. Bogart Casino reserves the right to deny, reverse, or hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected.
  21. The maximum withdrawal per account within 7 days is $4,000 USD or the equivalent in the account currency.
  22. Management may reduce the maximum payout limit for any customer at any time.
  23. House withdrawal rules take precedence over any verbal or written promises from employees.
  24. Deposits without bonuses require a one-time rollover before withdrawal. Deposits with bonuses are subject to higher rollover requirements based on the offer.
